• Food - Diet in initial few days of recovery should not be junk or unhealthy. Only nutritious and fiber-rich foods like fresh fruits and vegetables should be kept as part of diet.
• Moving or lifting heavy objects - Operating electrical appliances, moving or lifting heavy objects is to be strictly avoided in initial few weeks of recovery.
