Carrots, papaya, mango, green leafy vegetables, sweet potato etc., are good sources of retinol. Try to inculcate these foods in many ways as possible in your diet.
Vitamin A is not only good for eyes but also keeps moisture locked in your skin. Wash your eyes at least twice in day to keep them clean. Wear protective and good quality eye wear to protect your eyes from dust, ultraviolet radiation etc. If your job requires you to work on computer for a longer period of time, it is important that you wash your eyes every now and then to reduce the impact of harmful radiation that is emitted by the computer screen.
